As ALMI highly values each customer, we offer exchange services only for defective items. For all other cases, we offer 'returns only without exchange'. If you wish to return an item within the 7-day inspection period, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Please inform us via the ordering system or official Line account within 7 days after receiving the product. The item must be returned within 7 days; late returns will not be accepted.
- The item must be in its original condition, free from any signs of use, including but not limited to, odors (perfume smells), signs of wear, stains, washing, alteration, or removal of tags. It must be returned in a new and complete condition.
- If you need to change the size due to a wrong selection, please notify our customer service via the order or official Line account before shipping. If the item has already been shipped and you need to change it, please place a new order.
- Items such as clearance items, reserved items, customized items, intimate clothing (underwear, swimwear), earrings, hats, belts, or items with hygiene concerns, cannot be returned.
- Please refer to the product description before purchasing. If you have any doubts, please contact customer service for consultation.
- For international buyers, except for product defects, we do not provide return services. The buyer is responsible for all related costs, including shipping fees, return shipping fees, and import taxes.
- New items may have a fabric or dye odor, which will gradually fade away after being ventilated.
- It takes approximately 7-14 working days for the return shipping and confirmation process. ALMI will proceed with the refund process after receiving and confirming the returned item.
- If, after partial returns, the total purchase amount does not qualify for free shipping, the initial free shipping discount will be deducted before processing the refund.
- For proxy purchase items or items ordered from abroad (e.g., Korean goods), return is only applicable for converting into shopping credit.
- If no refund method is specified, the refund amount will be prioritized to be converted into shopping credit to save time on banking procedures and confirmation. *This follows reasonable exceptions under the Consumer Protection Act Article 2.
- If returns occur after participating in promotions such as gifts with purchase or lucky draws, and the total purchase amount after the return does not qualify for the gift, the gift must be returned. If the gift is not returned, the refund amount will deduct the unit price of the gift.
- Second-hand items, welfare items, New Year's lucky bags, and other special items cannot be returned.
- Returns sent by customers without prior approval will not be accepted. If re-shipping is required, the customer must bear the shipping costs. *Consumer Protection Act Article 19, Paragraph 1.
Defective items are exempt from these limitations. If there is a defect, please file a return request within 7 days and assist in returning the item. Definition of a defective item: There must be obvious stains, damage, or missing parts. Please provide photos of the defects. The following situations are not considered defects: loose threads, color differences in photos, reasonable size deviations, button marks, unopened buttonholes and pockets, fabric odors, extremely minor stains, etc. Before shipping, we carefully check each order and inspect the condition and appearance of the clothes. Please rest assured in your purchase. Some items are ordered from foreign clients and are not eligible for return.
*If a package sent to a store for pick-up is not collected within the specified period and is returned, the buyer must bear the re-shipping costs. (The product will be re-shipped 2-3 working days after the completion of the remittance.) If there is no response after three notifications, the package will be returned and a refund will be processed 21 days later. If the buyer wishes to make a new purchase, they must place a new order. *Returns will be converted into shopping credits. If a refund is requested, it must be applied for within 15 days from the date of conversion into shopping credits. Requests submitted after this period will not be processed. *Article 19-2, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act.
